This area includes artworks at Kisarazu Station and Shiohama Park. Kisarazu Station serves as the gateway to the Boso Peninsula and is a bustling hub for travelers. Since the opening of the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, access to central Tokyo has improved, and the station has become the regional center attracting many tourists.Inside the station, a street piano decorated as an artwork has been installed to foster interaction among people through free-form performances. At Shiohama Park, within walking distance of the station, visitors can enjoy scenery unique to Kisarazu, such as ships navigating Tokyo Bay, smokestacks in the industrial area, and cranes. Two artworks are displayed against the backdrop of this seaside landscape, which takes on different moods between day and night.
