The “Boso Triennale: Art × Mix 2027” is currently recruiting members for “Mix Nuts,” a group of supporters.
No prior knowledge of art or volunteer experience is required.
We look forward to hearing from anyone who “loves art,” “wants to get involved in activities that connect with the local community,” or “wants to try something new”!

What Is a Supporter?

Participants come from a wide range of generations and backgrounds, including students, working professionals, and international visitors. We refer to our volunteers as “supporters” because we believe they are not merely cheering us on, but are actively involved in creating and sustaining the arts festival.

What Are Mixed Nuts?

This nickname combines the “mix” from “Art × Mix” with “peanuts,” a specialty of Chiba Prefecture.
This year’s art festival will be held across a wide area encompassing Ichihara City, Kisarazu City, and Otaki Town, with artists from various countries and people from diverse regions participating as supporters.
In addition to its approachable and playful nature, “Mix Nuts” embodies a vision of “diversity”—where people, regions, cultures, and forms of expression blend together.
*“Mix Nuts” is the nickname for the supporter organization of the “Boso Triennale,” selected from among many entries.

Steps to Participate

1. Sign Up for Mixed Nuts
   Please fill out the required information on the online form to register.
   You will receive occasional emails from the Art Festival Secretariat with announcements about supporter recruitment activities.
2. Sign Up for Activities
   Select an available activity from the notification emails or this website, and sign up.
3. Participation Confirmed
   You will receive a notification from the Arts Festival Secretariat regarding your acceptance and details of the event.
4. On the Day of the Event
   Let’s stay safe and have fun! If you have any questions, please ask a staff member.
