In preparation for the art festival, we will be holding the “Boso Triennale Supporter Kickoff Meeting” for our supporters. The kickoff meeting will be the first opportunity for supporters who will be involved in the art festival to come together. We are making preparations to ensure this event serves as a time for participants to learn about the art festival, interact with one another, and envision how they can get involved.

Whether you’re a local resident, someone who’s been involved with us before, or even someone joining us for the “first” time—regardless of your background or generation—we welcome anyone who wants to “get involved in activities that connect with the community” or “try something new”!
Attending this meeting does not require a commitment to participate in future activities.

We also warmly welcome anyone who just wants to hear more about what we do or get a feel for the atmosphere. We hope you’ll join us!

Location: Perrier Hall (directly connected to Chiba Station)

Capacity: Approximately 80 people
What to Bring: Nothing in particular. Please feel free to come as you are.

Program: Introduction to the Arts Festival, talk by the General Director, testimonials from past participants, workshops, and more

Other:

・People of all ages—including students, working professionals, and those interested in community activities—are welcome to participate.
・No prior experience with art festivals or the arts is required.
・Travel expenses and other allowances will not be provided.
