Born in Tokyo in 1976, he is based in Chiba Prefecture. He transforms the external world he has seen, heard, and experienced into artworks through visual, experiential, and interactive installations, creating spaces where people can gather.He creates site-specific artworks that draw on elements unique to each location, such as its history and local culture, and places great importance on interaction with others through workshops that focus on the creative process and the artworks themselves.In addition to serving as principal of the Chiba Art Preparatory School, he served as Art Director for the “Boso Satoyama Art Festival Ichihara Art × Mix 2020+” (2021) and the “100 Years from Now Art Festival—Uchiboso Hyakunengo Art Festival” (2024).
