Fabrice Hybert

Born in 1961 in Roussillon, France. In 1997, at the 47th Venice Biennale, he presented an innovative concept in which he transformed the French Pavilion into a television station, incorporating all events occurring at the Biennale into his artwork, and became the youngest recipient of the Golden Lion Award. In 2000, to commemorate the year 2000, he created “Changes Over Time,” an artwork centered on environmental protection, at the Arc de Triomphe. In 2007, the “Food for Thought” exhibition, a collaboration with scientists, was held at Le Laboratoire, an art space in central Paris, and generated significant buzz.
