Why not join us as a supporter of the art festival?

We are looking for supporters—the “Mix Nuts”—to help us create the “Boso Triennale: Art × Mix 2027.”
No prior knowledge of art or volunteer experience is required.
We look forward to hearing from anyone who “loves art,” “wants to get involved in activities that connect with the community,” or “wants to try something new”!

What Are Mixed Nuts?

These are the volunteers who are active in the “Boso Triennale.”
We call our volunteers “supporters” because they do more than just cheer us on—they play an active role in helping to sustain the festival.”

People from various generations and backgrounds—including students, working professionals, and international visitors—play a central role in the art festival by assisting with the creation of artworks, preparing venues, and welcoming visitors, thereby connecting artists with the local community and artworks with the audience.

Activities

• Venues Preparation
  Maintenance of the exhibition venues, including cleaning and mowing
• Artwork Production Support
  Creating Artworks Together with Artists and Local Residents
• Artwork Reception
  Reception during the exhibition period; providing guidance; and welcoming visitors and local residents while fostering connections with them
• Event Support
  Operational Support for Arts Festival-Related Events

Steps to Participate

1. Sign Up as a Supporter
   Please click “Register Here” and fill in the required information to complete your registration.
Once you register, you will receive occasional emails from the Arts Festival Secretariat with announcements about supporter recruitment activities.
2. Sign Up for Activities
   Select an available activity from the announcement emails or this website, and sign up.
3. Participation Confirmed
   You will receive a notification from the Arts Festival Secretariat regarding your participation and details of the activities.
4. On the Day of the Event
   Let’s have a fun and safe event! If you have any questions, please ask a staff member.
