Remioromen Concert to Be Held on March 13, 2027
As part of the official program for the “Boso Triennale,” a performance by Remioromen—who have resumed their activities—will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2027.

2. Remioromen PROFILE

Formed on December 6, 2000, by three classmates from elementary, junior high, and high school who are all from Yamanashi Prefecture.They debuted in 2003 and have since released timeless classics—including “March 9” and “Powder Snow”—that continue to be listened to and sung by people across generations. On March 9, 2005, the release date of their second album, “ether,” they held their first concert at the Budokan.In 2006, their “SUMMER LIVE ‘STAND BY ME’” concert, held in their hometown of Yamanashi, drew a crowd of approximately 30,000 people to the runway at Japan Aviation Academy. Fans flocked to the event not only from the local area but from all over the country, turning it into a concert that could be described as a social phenomenon.That same year, they successfully held their first concert at Yokohama Arena, followed by a successful performance at Saitama Super Arena in 2009, solidifying their status as a top artist in both name and reality.
On February 1, 2012, they announced a hiatus.
After pursuing individual projects, the members announced their return on December 6, 2025—the group’s anniversary. Their first nationwide tour in 15 years, the “Remioromen Reunion Tour 2026,” kicked off on March 9. All 21 shows sold out, and the tour concluded with a final performance in their hometown of Yamanashi on July 12.
