In connection with the selection of a contractor for the planning and operation of the Boso Triennale Official Tour and Art Bus programs, we will adopt a public proposal process and are soliciting proposals as follows.

1. Name of Contracted Project
　　Contract for the Planning and Operation of Official Tours and Art Bus Services for the Boso Triennale 

2. Method of Service Delivery
　　We will solicit proposals, review and evaluate them, select a contractor, and outsource the work.

3. Eligibility Requirements
　　To participate in this project proposal, applicants must meet all of the requirements listed below.
(1) Individuals who have not been subject to suspension or deferral of designation under the Ichihara City Guidelines for Suspension of Designation of Construction Contractors, etc., from the start date of the call for proposals through the deadline
(2) Individuals who, within the two years prior to the start date of the call for proposals, have not been subject to a suspension of transactions by a bill clearinghouse or electronic clearinghouse, or
　　　have not had any dishonored bills of exchange or checks within the preceding six months
(3) In the case of a person who has filed a petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of Heisei 14), a person for whom a court decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings based on said Act has been issued
　　　a court decision commencing rehabilitation proceedings under said Act had been issued by the date the subscription period begins
(4) In the case of a person who has filed a petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of Heisei 11), a person for whom, by the start date of the offering,a court has issued a decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to said Act
　　　a court decision commencing rehabilitation proceedings under said Act has been issued by the date the offering begins
(5) For persons with taxable assets in Ichihara City, those with no delinquent municipal taxes
(6) Persons who have no outstanding corporate income tax, consumption tax, or local consumption tax
(7) Persons who have not been subject to exclusion measures under the Guidelines for Measures to Exclude Organized Crime Groups from Contracts Entered into by Ichihara City between the start date of the application period and the deadline

4. Period of the Outsourcing Agreement
　　From the date of contract execution through Wednesday, March 31, 2027
　　Note: The project implementation period shall be until Saturday, July 31, 2027; for contracts commencing on Thursday, April 1, 2027, a contract shall be concluded following separate consultation,
　a contract will be concluded.

5. Maximum Proposal Amount
　　35,000,000 yen (including national and local consumption taxes)
　　*This is the total amount for fiscal years 2026 through 2027.
　　*The maximum payment amount for commission fees in 2026 is set at 17,500,000 yen.
　　* Proposals whose quoted price exceeds the maximum proposal amount will be disqualified.
